Good and gratis, but in English, French, German and Russian.
In my opinion, STDU Viewer is a good program, because it is capable of Work with several document formats, like PDF or XPS, with low resource consuming. An it's free (gratis). But it has an easy-to-use interface that lacks some functions, like making comments or filling forms. And it's only in English, French, German and Russian. I recommend you to not use the portable version as an installed app, as it will throw you an error that prevent you opening when you open a file associated with the portable program. You must install it compulsory if you want it to associate with PDF, XPS, etc documents.
Pros: Low resource consuming
PDF and XPS files in one program
Tabs instead of different windows
Speed (very fast)
Cons: DOC, ODT, etc formats missing
Only 4 languages
Only for personal use
Gets errors when using portable as default
